The Gobal Gong Puja was created by Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux. His vision for the Global Puja is for countries and communities around the world to collaborate and co-create 450min to 24 hour Gong Pujas. Another version of the Global Gong Puja is for many to join for a single 45min. coordinated Gong - symbolising the many Gong Players as one Gongmaster phenomenon.
Gong Players around the world will be playing their gongs for the Summer Solstice, which is the longest day in the year. On that day, the sun reaches its peak and it completes its cycle of growth, making it a great time for celebration of life, and any achievements and accomplishments you may have achieved since the Winter Solstice on 22 December 2019.
Together we hum as one. Singapore's gong players will be joining gong masters from around the world to gong for humanity We're physically apart, but together in one gong spirit. Join us in one unified hum, as one unified HUManity, by setting aside this time to tune in to our live stream. Feel free to meditate or journal as we gong into the sunset and sunrise in Singapore.
There will be two sessions:
- 20 June 2020, Saturday, 7:00-7:45pm (Sunset @ 7:12pm)
- 21 June 2020, Sunday, 7:00-7:45am (Sunrise @ 7:00am)
Only the 20 June session will be uploaded on Instagram TV for playback.
