About your trainers:
Stanley is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT500) with almost 20 years of work in yoga and holistic wellness. He incorporates the singing bowls and gong in his yin yoga classes and special workshops, and was recognised as one of the forerunners for popularising nada yoga in his previous company. He launched his first Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Pure Yoga Singapore in 2018. Sound therapy was one of the modules offered in his Yin Yoga Teacher Training, a module that was well-received by the trainees. Stanley did Levels 1, 2 and 3 Gong CATalyst trainings with Martha Collard of Red Door Studio, and the Gong Master training with Don Conreaux.
Marilyn was drawn to the gong after a friend suggested to collaborate on a restorative yoga and gong workshop. It started a love affair with the gongs that took her to various countries to learn from the region's renowned gong teachers. She is also an experienced restorative yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the art of relaxation with other people. Sound is a strong fixture in her restorative and yin yoga classes as the vibrations enhances rest. Marilyn is a certified Level 1 and 2 Gong CATalyst by Martha Collard of Red Doors Studio, and she completed the Gong Master training with Don Conreaux.
