Mindfulness is a subset of meditation that is proven to help manage stress better. Whether you need movement or stillness, yoga or meditation, we have been there and we are certified teachers (RYT500h yoga trainers) who can walk the journey with you.

Some benefits of mindfulness include stress relief, lowered blood pressure, reduction in chronic pain and improved sleep.
